How long does it take?

The normal production lead time is up to 15 working days after design approval.

For most cap orders, the lead time is usually around 8 working days.

If the item is temporarily out of stock or if it is a special product (such as custom knitwear), the lead time may be longer. If this happens, we will always contact you before starting production.

Can I send any image?

Yes.

You can send almost any image, design or logo.

Before we start production, we always analyze the file to ensure that a good embroidery result can be achieved.

If the image is not suitable, we will contact you to propose alternatives. If the project cannot proceed, we will refund the amount paid.

Do I get an approval before production?

Yes.

If you wish, simply select the option "Receive approval before production" on the product page.

Before we start embroidering, we'll send a preview for you to confirm all the details.

Production only begins after your approval.

Can I do just one unit?

Certainly.

At d'linea, there is no minimum quantity for most products.

You can customize just a single item or place larger orders, depending on your needs.

How should I wash my item?

We recommend washing the garment inside out, at low temperatures, and avoiding the tumble dryer, to preserve the quality of the embroidery for longer.

Is the embroidery the same as the image sent?

Our goal is to reproduce the design with the highest possible fidelity. However, as embroidery has different technical limitations than printing, some very small details may require adjustments to ensure a high-quality final result.

Any such changes will always be communicated before production.

Can I return a personalised item?

As products are custom-made and produced exclusively for each client, returns due to a change of mind are not possible.

However, if there is a production error or a defect in the item received, please contact us so we can assess the situation and find the best solution.
